So to you, I say thank you.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The network then aired a montage of memorable moments from her years on the program.<\/p>\n<p>Ruhle also expressed confidence in her successor, calling Velshi a close friend and trusted colleague.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Ali is smart. He&#8217;s insightful. And most importantly, he cares,&#8221; she said, adding, &#8220;So many times Ali has been my rock. And now he can be yours, too.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Ruhle&#8217;s departure marks the end of an era that saw her guide viewers through major political events, economic uncertainty, and breaking news.
